Premier Hospitality Management, Inc., Durant, OK will open two First Class hotels in McAlester, Oklahoma.

McAlester, Oklahoma--- November 1st, 2007 -- Premier Hospitality Management, Inc. announced the development of two upscale hotels with a grand opening scheduled for 2008. The hotels will be located on the 17 acre track on South George Nigh Expressway close to the Choctaw Indian Clinic.  Two yet to be announced National food chain restaurants will call the location home as well.

Premier Hospitality Management, Inc., formed in 1992 by Raj Patel, President and CEO, is an Oklahoma and North Texas based privately held Hospitality Corporation.  Its Durant, Oklahoma corporate office is centrally located in reference to its holdings.  Premier Hospitality Management, Inc. currently owns and operates 13 hotels, three under construction and four others with land ownership and/or franchise agreements from InterContinental Hotels Group (Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express), Hilton Hotels Corporation (Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn), Choice Hotels International (Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites), and Best Western International.

Plans call for the four story Hotels to have a modern, high tech design for value-oriented travelers.  The hotels will feature free wireless and wired high speed internet, high definition flat screen televisions in each room and iPod docking stations, along with all the amenities afforded national franchised Hotels such as a pool, state of the art fitness center, 24 hour business center and flexible meeting space.  “We are excited about our new development projects in McAlester and can say they will be first class operations”, said Nila Patel, VP of Sales & Marketing.

Premier Hospitality Management, Inc. is proud to bring 125 new jobs to the McAlester area with this new development.  PHMI currently owns and operates the Comfort Suites Hotel, opened 1999, and the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, opened 2006, in McAlester.  Patel said, “We are very pleased to continue our partnership with McAlester and look forward to our evolving business relationship in McAlester with the introduction of another two Premier Hotels.”
